Motion passed 5 - 0. <br />ITEM 15: 2022 Audit Presentation <br />Jon Archer, Schlenner Wenner, presented the city's financial statements and audit report, noting <br />that the City received a clean opinion on the audit. Mr. Archer also reviewed fund balances and <br />debt obligations. <br />Councilmember Holtz, seconded by Councilmember McGinn, moved TO ACCEPT THE 2022 <br />ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL REPORT. Motion passed 5 — 0. <br />ITEM 16: 4708 Larkspur Lane Variance <br />City Planner Jensen presented an overview of the application for a variance to allow construction <br />of a new single family home on a lot in the shoreland district. The applicant requested a 3.8% <br />variance to allow 18.8% impervious surface. <br />Councilmember Hirn, seconded by Councilmember Holtz, moved TO APPROVE THE <br />VARIANCE REQUEST FROMBOB APPERT TO ALL 0WAN IMPERVIOUS SURFACE <br />CO VERAGE OF 18.8 % AT 4708 LARKSPUR LANE NORTH WITH THE CONDITIONS <br />LISTED IN THE STAFF REPORT. Motion passed S — 0. <br />ITEM 17: Baseball Field Design Responses to Request for Proposals <br />Assistant Public Works Director Swanepoel presented responses to the request for proposals for <br />baseball field design at Reid Park, Ridge Park and Pebble Park.
