The proposed site <br />plan designs for the commercial lots have been updated to address Planning comments <br />on lot geometric requirements. <br /> <br />e) A narrative explaining the intent of the project and/or your original or revised vision for the <br />finished product; <br /> <br />The proposed project proposes a first phase of public roadways, public utilities, regional <br />stormwater, and site mass grading. The first development to be constructed upon <br />completion of the public roadways and mass grading will be the future Bank parcel on <br />Lot 3. Future site improvements include the remaining three commercial developments
