Bridgewater Village CUP Review – Landscape and Tree Preservation – October 9, 2023 <br /> <br />2 <br />Landscape Requirements: 105. 12. 480 <br />• The landscape plan will need to be updated prior to approval, and needs to show: <br />o Tree protection fencing around trees to be preserved <br />o A plant schedule that includes estimated spread at planting and at maturity <br />o Ground cover materials for all areas proposed to be disturbed <br />o Provisions for irrigation <br />o A topsoil preservation plan, including stockpile location, and calculations that a sufficient <br />amount of topsoil will be set aside to restore the site to a depth of 4” (see 105.12.480 (a) (9) <br />and (h) for additional detail) <br />• Outline the required number of trees per code in a table or note on the sheet: <br />o Provide a measurement for the linear feet of street frontage to ensure that the proposed <br />number of trees meets the 1 tree per 50 feet of street frontage required by code. <br />o Include the area measurement for number of acres disturbed by this phase of <br />development. Five trees are required for every one acre of land disturbed. <br />• The current plant schedule does not meet the minimum tree composition requirements.
