CITY OF LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />FEBRUARY 20, 2024 <br />CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />Mayor Cadenhead called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. PRESENT: Mayor Charles Cadenhead and Councilmembers Nick Dragisich, Matt Hirn and Jeff Holtz. ABSENT: Councilmember Katrina Beckstrom. <br /> <br />Staff present: Interim Administrator Schroeder, City Attorney Sonsalla, City Engineer Griffin, Public Works Director Powers, Fire Chief Kalis, Community Development Director Stopa, Contract Planner Nathan Fuerst and City Clerk Johnson <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA Councilmember Holtz, seconded by Councilmember Hirn, moved TO APPROVE THE <br />AGENDA AS PRESENTED. Motin passed 4 – 0. <br />ACCEPT MINUTES <br />Councilmember Hirn, seconded by Councilmember Holtz, moved TO APPROVE THE <br />MINUTES OF THE JANUARY – CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP AND JANUARY – CITY <br />COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING AS PRESENTED. Motion passed 4 – 0. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS/INQUIRIES Cassandra Knutson, 696 James Ave. N., spoke in favor of the proposed new building location for <br />the Lake Elmo Elementary School. <br />Lindsay Magnuson, 3047 Klondike Ave., N., spoke in support of the proposed new building <br />location for the Lake Elmo Elementary School. <br />PRESENTATIONS None <br /> CONSENT AGENDA 1.
