A County permit for septic system abandonment shall be submitted
to the Washington County Department of Public Health and Environment.

• Any water supply wells located during land altering or construction phases need to be sealed according to
Minnesota Department of Health regulations to mitigate potential groundwater contamination.

• All solid and hazardous waste, including waste from historic dumping, must be removed from the property
and managed at an appropriately permitted waste disposal facility.

• The planning considerations taken towards PFAS on the proposed school site is aligned with the
Washington County Groundwater Plan.
