Motion passed 4 - 0. <br />ITEM 16: Plan Reviewer Job Description and Posting <br />Councilmember Beckstrom requested revising the education portion of the job description to <br />follow the format used for recent job descriptions, allowing substitution of experience for <br />education. <br />Councilmember Beckstrom, seconded by Councilmember Hirn, moved TO TABLE ITEM 16. <br />Motion passed 4 — 0. <br />ITEM 20: Bridgewater Village Preliminary Plat, Conditional Use Permit, Zoning Map <br />Amendment, Comprehensive Plan Amendment <br />Contract Planner Fuerst presented the land use analysis, proposed comprehensive plan <br />amendment, rezoning request, site layout, parkland dedication and staff comments. Discussion <br />was held regarding water supply issues. <br />Matt Alexander, Northshore Development Partners, spoke on behalf of the applicant, noting that <br />only the bank property is proposing to develop and would be a low water user. <br />Councilmember McGinn, seconded by Councilmember Holtz, moved TO ADOPT <br />RESOLUTION 2023-111 APPROVING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT <br />REQUEST FOR BRIDGEWATER VILLAGE WITH THE FINDINGS AND CONDITIONS <br />THEREIN. <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
