Public Notice <br />On Tuesday, April 5th the Lake Elmo City Council will consider Ordinance <br />No. 2022-01 which amends Chapter 3.12 related to the purpose and direction <br />of the Fire Department, and Chapter 5.12 related to open burning. A full text <br />of the ordinance is available in the City Council Meeting Packet, available <br />above. <br />Public Notice <br />On Tuesday, April 5th the Lake Elmo City Council will consider Ordinance <br />No. 2022-02, an ordinance that amends the City Code language in the Zoning <br />Ordinance. This ordinance alters language in the City Code about residential <br />density in the Medium Density Residential (MDR) District and the High <br />Density Residential (HDR) District. The following is a summary of the <br />adopted ordinance language: <br />Ordinance 2022-03 includes the following elements: <br />1. Revisions to City Code Section 105.12.700 Purpose and District <br />Descriptions that increases the allowed residential density in the MDR <br />District to comply with the Comprehensive Plan. <br />2. Revisions to City Code Section 105.12.720 Table 10-2 that reduces the lot <br />size requirement for single-family attached units in the MDR and HDR <br />Districts to comply with the Comprehensive Plan. <br />3. A revision to City Code Section 105.12.720 Table 10-2 to reduce the land <br />area required per multiple family dwelling in the MDR District to comply <br />with the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />The full text of Ordinance 2022-02, is available in the City Council Meeting <br />Packet <br />The City of Lake Elmo is accepting artifacts from Lake Elmo History to
