Each year, the Lake Elmo Fire Department <br />in collaboration with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, Minnesota <br />Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, National <br />Weather Service supports Severe Weather Awareness Week in Minnesota. <br />The week is designed to refresh, remind and educate everyone about the <br />seasonal threats from severe weather and how to avoid them.
