Properties with even-numbered <br />postal addresses may water, sprinkle, or irrigate their <br />lawns only on even-numbered days. Properties with <br />odd-numbers postal addresses may water only on odd- <br />numbered days. <br />To help reduce water usage, and your water bill, the City of Lake Elmo is <br />contributing up to $200 of the cost of smart irrigation controller devices.
