page: Manning Ave/30th St. <br />County Highway 13/Ideal Avenue Construction Update <br />The County Highway 13 (Ideal Ave) reconstruction project between County Hwy 14 <br />(34th St) and 44th St is well underway. The project entered the final construction <br />stage on Sept 16. Ideal Ave has reopened between 39th St and Hidden Bay Trail <br />while closing between Hidden Bay Trail and 44th St. The final (stage) closure isexpected to run to mid-October. <br />During the (Hidden Bay to 44th St) closure, access to Hidden Bay will bemaintained, but will be available from the south. Likewise, access will be maintained <br />to 44th St from the north. <br />Resident access between Hidden Bay and 44th St will be from the north, but may befrom the south at times depending on work in the area. <br />A detour is currently in place and is attached along with a staging map.
