Snow Plowing <br />Please remember that the City of Lake <br />Elmo has a winter parking ordinance that <br />prohibits parking on city streets from <br />November 1st through March 31st <br />between 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. This <br />gives crews a window of time for clearing <br />streets curb to curb more efficiently. Plows <br />will be out again Saturday morning around <br />2:00 a.m. to improve roadways after <br />tonight’s winter weather event.
