• Plowing snow across roadways is unlawful and against <br />State Law. Accidents and damages caused by snow piles left <br />in the roadway may result in liability to the property owner. <br />• Help shovel out fire hydrants near your homes. Keeping <br />hydrants clear of snow can substantially reduce the time it <br />takes firefighters to put out a fire. <br />• According to City Ordinances, homeowners are <br />responsible for removing all snow and ice from public side- <br />walks in front of their homes within (48) hours after a <br />snowfall.
