Tue, Oct. 25 through Sat, Nov. 12; 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily Monday-Saturday <br />WB I-94 is reduced to two lanes between the St. Croix River Bridge and <br />Woodbury Dr. <br />Tree removal will begin soon in preparation for the construction of noise walls <br />in the project area. Work in Lake Elmo will take place on the north side of I-94 <br />Near Keats Avenue and the Springs of Lake Elmo development. <br />The Brookfield building at 3880 Laverne Avenue <br />is closed and under construction.
