Again, thank you for your support of this community asset. <br />Utility Billing - Stormwater Fee <br />City utility bills include charges for water usage, sanitary sewer, storm water <br />management and state water testing. These city services are not supported by <br />property taxes. The amount paid through your utility bill covers the cost of <br />providing these services, improvements to the systems, and general system <br />repairs and maintenance. The revenue received from your stormwater utility <br />fee is used for preparation of a Surface Water Management Plan, maintenance <br />of existing ditches, culverts, ponds and storm sewers, capital improvements in <br />developed areas, equipment, planning, inventories and water quality <br />improvements including weed control. <br />Get involved! <br />The City of Lake Elmo is seeking interested <br />residents to serve on the Planning <br />Commission. The Planning Commission meets <br />1-2 times per month to review and hold public <br />hearings for development applications, <br />variances and other planning related items. No <br />experience is necessary! Thank you for your <br />understanding and cooperation! <br />Report Streetlight Outage <br />Xcel Energy maintains streetlights on <br />public streets in Lake Elmo. If you notice a <br />streetlight that is burned out or <br />malfunctioning, please use the link below <br />to report the issue.
