Adjourn <br />Full meeting packets can be accessed here: Aaendas and Minutes <br />2023 Seal Coat Proiect Starting Next Week <br />The City of Lake Elmo will be seal coating a number of city streets starting the week <br />of September 4th. The map below shows the affected streets highlighted in pink. <br />The seal coat application adds approximately 7 years of life to the bituminous by <br />keeping the moisture from entering the pores and leaching into the sub grade. The <br />small trap rock chips will be swept up twice after the application and again at the <br />end of October and next spring. <br />Reminder: please travel safely around construction workers and trucks. <br />Enjoy the holiday weekend! <br />-Lake Elmo Public Works <br />
