SEH makes no representation or warranty as to the actual financial <br />viability of the contractor or its ability to complete its work. <br /> <br />A-1 Excavating, LLC has completed similar work in Lake Elmo and the surrounding communities. SEH <br />concludes that A-1 Excavating, LLC has the experience and ability to complete a project of this size and <br />scope.
