Tabone and Jablonski: <br /> <br />Enclosed is the Valley Branch Watershed District (VBWD) permit for your project. <br />The Managers issued a permit for The Royal Golf Club at Lake Elmo on May 11, 2017. Lennar took <br />over a portion of the development and the Managers issued permit VBWD #2021-30 for that work. <br />The current proposal by Lennar is uniform to the original plan with minor revisions. <br />At the March 9, 2023 meeting the Managers approved VBWD Permit #2023-12 with the applicable <br />conditions of VBWD Permit #2021-30 remaining open for earlier phases of Lennar’s portion of the <br />development. Two additional conditions (#23 and #24) are added for VBWD Permit #2023-12. <br />Please note the following conditions imposed by the Managers, which are also listed on the back of <br />the permit. <br />1. Prior to work over the VBWD’s Project 1007 pipe: <br />a. The plans shall be revised and submitted for approval, including: <br />i. Replace the pipe with a higher-class pipe that can accommodate the proposed fill <br />depths, or <br />ii. Redesign the site or fill material (e.g., lightweight fill) to reduce the loading on the <br />pipe to meet the structural load requirements of the existing pipe and bedding. <br />b. The developer shall conduct and provide recordings of pre- and post-construction video <br />inspections of the entire VBWD Project 1007 pipe and structures with the site’s <br />construction limits.
