Other Royal Golf Additions to the east, west, and south.
SPECIAL LANDSCAPE PROVISIONS: Refer to Resolution 2018-028 for required number of trees.

TREE PRESERVATION PLAN: 105. 12. 470
» A compliant tree preservation plan has been previously submitted. Previous memos determined that 108
trees will be required of the final 6th addition plat to fulfill tree replacement requirements. The proposed
landscape plan meets this requirement.

LANDSCAPE PLAN: 105.12.480
» A landscape plan has been submitted that does not meet meets the following requirements:
- Irrigation was only noted for sodded areas. Seeded areas will also require provisions for watering
in order to ensure proper establishment. Adjust “3-year maintenance plan for transition area and
upland seeding” notes on sheet L4 to include provisions for watering throughout the growing
season in years 1-3 as needed, or adjust irrigation notes to also include seeded areas in addition to
sodded areas.
- Irrigation is noted as designed “by others” in the landscape notes on sheet L4; surety will not be
released until this requirement is met.

» The landscape plan exceeds the required tree quantities. Two trees were located in locations that conflict
with proposed driveways and should be removed from the plans. See attached for location callouts.
Enough trees are proposed that they do not need to be replaced.
