We understand building additions Will be single -story wood frame construction, and <br />planned grades Will match the existing buildings. The planned floor slab elevations will be 953.3 <br />for both additions. Additionally, the project will include construction ! #rmwa <br />basin to the southwest of the buildings. <br />For preliminary purposes, we have estimated maximum wall loads of approximately 3 to 5 kips <br />per linear foot and maximum column loads of about 50 kips per column. We also assume the design will be able to <br />tolerate differential settlements of up to Y2inch between the existing building and new addition. <br />
