Lot specific buildable areas. <br />1) The buildable area on each proposed lot which remains after <br />consideration of each of the following shall be shown: <br />a) Required buffers from adjacent lands (See LEC <br />105.12.170(b)); <br />b) Required setbacks from waterbodies and non-buildable <br />land per shoreland district regulations (See LEC 105.12, <br />art.
