During the session, staff presented the Applicant’s application and proposed <br />development plan to the City Council for its <br />February 20th meeting, the City Council approved the Applicant’ <br />applications with staff’s recommendations and conditions. <br /> <br />The conditions for approval were as follows: <br />1.
