<br />As staff is aware, the Applicant attended City of Lake Elmo’s
<br />February 20, 2024. During the session, staff presented the Applicant’s application and proposed
<br />development plan to the City Council for its
<br />February 20th meeting, the City Council approved the Applicant’
<br />applications with staff’s recommendations and conditions.

<br />The conditions for approval were as follows:
<br />1. Prior to the City finding any application for a final plat and final PUD complete, the
<br />applicant shall fully address all comments in the following re
