That the Applicant must record the final plat within 180 days after City Council approval or the final plat shall be considered void unless a request for a time extension is submitted in writing and approved by the City Council. FISCAL IMPACT: Prior to recording the Final Plat, the Applicant will pay the City fees for utility connections, the AUAR fee, and Parkland Dedication. Building Permit fees will be collected at the time of permit issuance. The City is not providing financial assistance as part of this project, however, the City will be paying up to half of the Wildflower Turn Lane Improvements. Such improvements are needed, in part, due to the density in the area allowed through changes in the land uses allowed by the City north of the old village area since adoption of the 2040 plan. Costs will be detailed in the Development Agreement. RECOMMENDATION: This is a Final Plat request. The City has already provided an approval of the Preliminary Plat and PUD plans. The proposed final plat and project plans are found to be consistent with the preliminary approvals. Staff therefore suggest approval based on compliance with existing City Standards. An example motion is provided below EXAMPLE MOTION: “Motion to adopt Resolution 2024-066 approving the final plat and PUD, requested by At Home Apartments, LLC for the subject property based on the findings of fact and conditions of approval listed therein.” ATTACHMENTS: 1.
