WHAT IS A PARK SYSTEM PLAN? <br />A park system plan is a document developed for use by a city to evaluate potential <br />improvements to a city’s parks, trails, open spaces, and preserves. The document often <br />involves the development of planning-level cost estimates of probable design and <br />construction costs for potential improvements, as well as the identification and alignment <br />of resources to effectively make those improvements. <br />Welcome! Thank you for stopping by to discuss the future of the Lake Elmo parks and trails. <br />Lake Elmo is looking to plan the future of the park and trail system, and we need your <br />help to make it happen! This pop-up event invites residents to interact with the planning <br />team to share your thoughts on the prioritization of park, facility, connectivity, open space <br />and preserves, and operations and maintenance recommendations.
