54 | TRENDS ANALYSIS <br />TREND 2 <br />SHIFTS IN THE WORKPLACE <br />Since the COVID-19 pandemic began in early 2020, <br />the workplace has shifted quite substantially. As <br />communities around the world went on lock-down, <br />a large portion of the workforce began working <br />from home.
