CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />JUNE 18, 2024 <br /> <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />Mayor Cadenhead called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. <br /> <br />PRESENT: Mayor Charles Cadenhead and Councilmembers Nick Dragisich, Matt Hirn and Jeff <br />Holtz. ABSENT: Councilmember Katrina Beckstrom. <br /> <br />Staff present: Administrator Miller, Administrative Services Director Goers, City Attorney <br />Sonsalla, City Engineer Griffin, Fire Chief Kalis, Finance Director Hadler and City Clerk Johnson. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Councilmember Dragisich, seconded by Councilmember Holtz, moved TO APPROVE THE <br />AGENDA AS PRESENTED. Motion passed 4 – 0. <br /> <br />ACCEPT MINUTES <br /> <br />Councilmember Holtz, seconded by Councilmember Dragisich, moved TO ACCEPT THE <br />MINUTES OF THE MAY 21, 2024 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AND JUNE 11, 2024 CITY <br />COUNCIL WORKSHOP AS PRESENTED. Motion passed 4 – 0. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS/INQUIRIES <br /> <br />Tom Siefert, 4849 Olson Lake Trail N., commented on the spread of PFAS and the need for well <br />testing in the tri-lakes area. Mr. Siefert also requested more communication with residents <br />regarding drinking water. <br /> <br />Debbie Dean, 8028 Hill Trail N., commented on private well testing and asked the city to <br />provide bottled drinking water to residents who request it. <br /> <br />PRESENTATIONS <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />2. Approve Payment of Disbursements <br />3. Approve DPS Lake Elmo 3rd Addition Final Plat Extension - Resolution 2024-073 <br />4. Approve MnDOT Limited Use Permit for Hudson Boulevard Trail – Resolution <br />2024-079
