This memo is intended to summarize existing policies or plans that guide development <br />and redevelopment in the Village Area. Considerations are provided that address the stated goals of the <br />City and how these policies can better work together towards that vision. <br /> <br />The Village Area <br />The “Village Area” is <br />delineated by different <br />boundaries depending on <br />which City policy <br />document one might be <br />reviewing.
