<br /> CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 2024-0XX083 <br /> A RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH THE FIRE DEPARTMENT EQUIPMENT AND PROJECT FUND (FUND 407) <br />WHEREAS, The City finds it beneficial to establish a capital fund to provide <br />funding for fire department equipment and project needs. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota, does hereby approve and adopt the Lake Elmo Fire Department <br />Equipment and Project Fund (Fund 407), <br /> FURTHER RESOLVED, Fund 407 will provide for Fire equipment purchases or maintenance not covered by the Vehicle Fund and other special projects. <br />FURTHER RESOLVED, a Transfer in the amount of $500,000 shall be made to <br />the fund from the Vehicle Fund (Fund 410) to Fund 407. FURTHER RESOLVED, the attached 2024 Budget shown below for Fund 407 is hereby adopted.
