CITY OF LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />JULY 16, 2024 <br />CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />Mayor Cadenhead called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. PRESENT: Mayor Charles Cadenhead and Councilmembers Katrina Beckstrom, Nick Dragisich, Matt Hirn and Jeff Holtz. <br /> <br />Staff present: Administrator Miller, Administrative Services Director Goers, City Attorney Sonsalla, City Engineer Griffin, Finance Director Hadler and City Clerk Johnson APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Councilmember Dragisich, seconded by Councilmember Holtz, moved TO APPROVE THE AGENDA AS PRESENTED. Motion passed 5 – 0. ACCEPT MINUTES <br /> <br />Councilmember Hirn, seconded by Councilmember Dragisich, moved TO ACCEPT THE MINUTES OF THE JUNE 4, 2024 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AS PRESENTED. Adopt Resolution Appointing Election Judges – Resolution 2024-082 <br />4. Approve Pay Request No. 1 for the 30th Street North Gap Segment Improvements <br />5. Approve Pay Request No. 2 for the 2024 Street and Utility Improvements <br />6. Approve Fire Department Equipment and Project Fund – Resolution 2024-084 <br />7. Approve CDBG Cooperative Agreement with Washington County <br />8. Accept Donation from Mark & Tina Wiens – Resolution 2024-083 <br /> Councilmember Dragisich, seconded by Councilmember Holtz, moved TO APPROVE THE <br />CONSENT AGENDA AS PRESENTED.
