On- <br />street parking shall be provided in approved locations following review by Engineering and Public Works. Parking <br />shall be prohibited on both sides of private drive lanes. <br /> <br /> All parking areas shall be capable of supporting the imposed load of fire apparatus weighing up to 75,000 <br />pounds. <br /> <br />Fire Detection and Suppression <br /> Fire sprinkler systems shall be installed in the townhome buildings compliant with provisions of 2016 NFPA <br />Standard 13D, Installation of Sprinkler Systems in One- and Two-Family Dwellings or IRC P2904. City permit <br />required prior to initiation of work. <br /> <br /> The fire department recommends the installation of fire sprinkler systems within the twin homes in order to <br />achieve the same level of life safety protection within the development. <br /> <br /> Fire hydrants shall be provided in approved locations following review by Engineering and Public works. <br />
