Approve Change to .gov Website Domain <br />Councilmember Him, seconded by Councilmember Holtz, moved TO APPROVE THE <br />CONSENT AGENDA AS PRESENTED. Motion passed 5 - 0. <br />ITEM 12: Accept Bids and Award Contract for CSAH 14 Trunk Watermain Improvements <br />City Engineer Griffin presented the proposed improvements and bids received for the project. <br />Councilmember Him, seconded by Councilmember Holtz, MOVED TO APPROVE <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2024-040, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING A CONTRACT TO A- <br />1 EXCAVATING LLC FOR THE BASE BID IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,459,786.00 FOR <br />THE STILL WATER BOULEVARD (CSAH 14) TRUNK WA TERMAIN IMPRO VEMENTS. <br />Motion passed 5 — 0. <br />Councilmember Him, seconded by Councilmember Holtz, moved TO AUTHORIZE A <br />MATERIAL TESTING CONTRACT WITH BRA UN INTER TECINTHE NOT- TO - <br />EXCEED AMOUNT OF $25,400 AND A CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT WITH <br />SEH IN THE AMO UNT OF $197,800 FOR THE STILL WATER BOULEVARD (CSAH 14) <br />TRUNK WATERMAINIMPROVEMENTS. Motion passed 5 — 0. <br />ITEM 13: Royal Golf 61' Addition Final Plat <br />City Planner Jensen reviewed the request for final plat for the Royal Golf 6th Addition, noting <br />that it is generally consistent with the preliminary plat. <br />Councilmember Holtz, seconded by Councilmember Dragisich, moved TO APPROVE <br />RESOL UTION 2024-038, APPROVING THE ROYAL GOLF CL UB AT LAKE ELMO 6TH <br />ADDITION FINAL PLAT AND FINAL PUD PLANS BASED ON THE FINDINGS OF <br />FACT AND CONDITIONS OUTLINED IN THE STAFFREPORT. Motion passed 5 — 0. <br />ITEM 14: Peanut Poppy Ranch Minor Subdivision and Easement Vacation <br />City Planner Jensen presented the request to consolidate seven lots and divide the new parcel <br />into two lots. Vacation of a roadway easement on 47th Street North was also included in the <br />proposal. Planner Jensen noted that the Planning Commission recommended approval and there <br />were no public comments at the public hearing. Brief discussion was held regarding the Ag <br />Preserve documents and the applicant's attorney indicated that new documents would be filed <br />with the Met Council. <br />Councilmember Hirn, seconded by Councilmember Holtz, moved TO APPROVE <br />RESOLUTION 2024 XX APPROVING THE PEANUT POPPY'S RANCH MINOR <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
