I live btwn Lake Elmo and Stillwater and nearly all of my <br />entertainment dollars go to Stillwater. Remove residential zoning from the tracks to the <br />dealership on Lake Elmo Avenue and give us a reason to go there. Ice cream shops, <br />clothing, bars, golf store w/simulators, mini-putt, pickleball, community pool, ice rink, <br />brewery, distillery, literally anything! <br />817 Not including the people who live in the old village to be a part of these conversations <br />818 The overdoing of housing <br />819 Traffic <br />824 Gas station, ok to have Hagbergs tho <br />825 Chain stores/restaurants <br />829 Chains <br />830 Allowing the car dealership lot to remain.
