CHANGES IN OFFICIAL CONTROLS. For five (5) years from the date of this <br />Agreement, no amendments to the City's Comprehensive Plan or official controls shall apply to <br />or affect the use, development density, lot size, lot layout or dedications of the approved final plat <br />unless required by state or federal law or agreed to in writing by the City and the Developer. <br />Thereafter, notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, to the full extent permitted <br />by state law, the City may require compliance with any changes to the City's Comprehensive Plan, <br />official controls, platting, or dedication requirements enacted after the date of this Agreement. <br />7. DEVELOPMENT PLANS. The Developer agrees to develop the Property in accordance with <br />all City approvals, including the terms and conditions of approval of the final plat as detailed in <br />City Council Resolution No. 2024-066, the City Code, the City’s Engineering Design and <br />Construction Standards Manual, and the City’s Landscape Standards. The Developer further <br />agrees to develop the Property in accordance with approved construction plans and <br />specifications (collectively, the "Plans”) for all required subdivision improvements as follows: <br />A. The approved construction plans and specifications for all public and private site <br />improvements, and off-site improvements, as approved by the City Engineer prior to <br />construction, and any subsequent plan revisions as approved by the City Engineer. <br />B. The approved landscaping plans and specifications for all landscape improvements <br />as approved by the City Landscape Architect prior to construction, and any <br />subsequent plan revisions as approved by the City Landscape Architect. <br />C. The approved park, recreation and trail plans and specifications for all required <br />public and private Park and Recreation improvements as approved by the <br />Community Development Director prior to construction, and any subsequent plan <br />revisions as approved by the Community Development Director.
