What we are doing is trying, the best we can, to make a case that we are meeting <br />the intent of the code and comprehensive plan. For these flexibilities we understand that the OP code <br />will require a super majority vote of the City Council (code provision shown below). That is why we <br />provided a detailed sketch plan and narrative and are following up with a detailed preliminary plat plan <br />and narrative.
