Construction Categories 11, 12 and 13: The amount of $XXX,XXX may be <br />released when Developer Landscaping Subdivision Improvements, Tree <br />Preservation and Restoration work, and Wetland Mitigation and Buffers <br />have been completed and installed to the satisfaction of the City including <br />all corrective work for any identified punch list items. <br />5. Construction Category 18: The amount of $XXX,XXX, or XX% of the <br />original security amount for this category, may be released when all <br />Stormwater Reuse pump and mainline Improvements have been installed <br />to the satisfaction of the City including all corrective work for any identified <br />punch list items, and the Stormwater Reuse System is operational for XX% <br />of the intended service properties. The amount of $XXX,XXX, or XX% of <br />the original security amount for this category, may be released when the <br />Stormwater Reuse System is operational for XX% of the intended service <br />properties. <br /> <br /> B. Twenty-five percent of the original Security amount, excluding grading and <br />landscaping improvements shall be retained until: (1) all Subdivision <br />Improvements have been fully completed and accepted by the City, including all <br />corrective work and warranty punch list items; (2) all financial obligations to the <br />City have been satisfied; and (3) the warranty period has expired. <br /> C.
