FISCAL IMPACT: The estimated total project cost at completion is $2,418,000; including $2,000,000 <br />for the street and drainage improvements and $418,000 for the water system improvements. Of these costs, <br />$626,000 will be specially assessed, $418,000 will be funded through the Water Enterprise Fund, and the <br />remaining costs will be funded through the project bond proceeds and general tax levy. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Staff is recommending that the City Council approve, as part of the consent <br />agenda, a Resolution Declaring Costs to be Assessed and Calling for the Hearing on the Proposed <br />Assessment. If removed from the consent agenda, the suggested motion to approve this action is as follows: <br /> <br />“Move to approve Resolution No. 2024-102; Declaring Costs to be Assessed and Calling for the <br />Hearing on the Proposed Assessment for the 2024 Street and Utility Improvements.” <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br /> <br />1.
