Approve Well 2 Generator Equipment Plans and Specifications and Authorize Ad for Bids <br /> <br />Councilmember Holtz, seconded by Councilmember Hirn, moved TO APPROVE THE <br />CONSENT AGENDA AS PRESENTED. Motion passed 4 - 0. <br /> <br />ITEM 13: Final Assessment Hearing: Adopt Final Assessment Roll for 2024 Street and <br />Utility Improvements <br /> <br />City Engineer Griffin presented a project overview, total costs, assessable properties and final <br />assessment roll for the 2024 Street and Utility Improvements. Discussion held regarding <br />ownership of the Carriage Station park. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holts, seconded by Councilmember Hirm, moved TO OPEN THE PUBLIC <br />HEARING. Motion passed 4 – 0. <br /> <br />Mayor Cadenhead noted a written objection was received from Ian Steivang and Sarah Harvieux <br />related to damage done to their driveway during the project. <br />Clifford Bujold, 12187 Marquess Lane Cove N., commented on the park transfer and interest <br />charges on assessments. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holtz, seconded by Councilmember Hirn, moved TO CLOSE THE PUBLIC <br />HEARING. Motion passed 4 – 0. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holtz, seconded by Councilmember Hirn, moved TO APPROVE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2024-112, ADOPTING THE FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE <br />2024 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS. Motion passed 4 – 0. <br /> <br />ITEM 14: Accept Feasibility Report and Assessment Waiver Agreement for Stillwater <br />Area School District Improvements <br /> <br />City Engineer Griffin reviewed the request from ISD 824 for utility extension to Oak Land <br />Middle School and the proposed Lake Elmo Elementary School, noting the location, project <br />scope and total cost summary. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holtz, seconded by Councilmember Hirn, MOVED TO APPROVE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2024-110, RECEIVING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT AND CALLING <br />HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT FOR THE STILLWATER AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT <br />UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS. Motion passed 4 – 0.
