LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />FEBRUARY t8, 2025 <br />Discussion was held regarding the cost of the proposed software purchase and annual fees. <br />Mayor Cadenhead, seconded by Councilmember Hirn, moved TO TABLE FOR FURTHER <br />CONSIDERATION WITHA FULLYAGREED UPON CONTRACT. Motion passed 4 — 0. <br />ITEM 6: Approve Interfund Loan & Fund Transfers for Ballfield Purchase <br />Mayor Cadenhead provided clarification on the nature of the proposed loan and fund transfers. <br />Mayor Cadenhead, seconded by Councilmember Holtz, moved TO APPROVE RESOLUTION <br />2025-016 APPROVING INTERFUND LOAN AND FUND TRANSFERS FOR LAND <br />PURCHASES.
