DRUG & ALCOHOL – FREE WORKPLACE #260 <br /> <br /> <br />Notwithstanding any provision herein, this policy will be enforced at all times in accordance with applicable <br />state and local law. Any employee violating this policy is subject to discipline, up to and including <br />termination. <br /> <br />Employees must, as a condition of employment, abide by the terms of this policy and must report any <br />conviction under a criminal drug statute for violations occurring on or off work premises while <br />conducting city business. A report of the conviction must be made within five (5) days after the <br />conviction as required by the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988. <br />
