4 <br /> <br />2025 – 2034 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN <br /> <br />City-Wide Summary <br /> <br />For 2025 through 2034, the draft CIP includes <br />149 projects (active and new recommendations) <br />with a total estimated cost of $162,622,000. <br /> <br />The paragraphs below and charts on the following <br />pages provide both a summary and details of <br />projects, timing, funding sources. The two budgeted for 2025 <br />include financial software and a prospective land purchase.
