In that <br />same time period, water customer accounts grew by 229%, and sewer accounts grew by 8,534%. The staffing levels <br />for the Department have remained at 11 FTEs since 2019, which was the most recent year a new Operator position <br />was added. The only other full-time addition since 2019 was that of the Assistant Director. <br />
