LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> JULY 1, 2025 <br /> <br /> <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Councilmember Holtz, seconded by Councilmember Dragisich, moved TO ACCEPT THE 2024 <br />ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL REPORTS. Motion passed 5 – 0. <br />ITEM 4: I-94 Lift Station and Forcemain Improvements – Authorize Purchase of New <br />Pumps <br /> <br />City Engineer Stanley reported that it has been determined that the I-94 lift station pumps need to <br />be replaced in conjunction with the forecemain improvements. <br /> <br />Councilmember Dragisich, seconded by Councilmember Hirn, moved TO AUTHORIZE THE <br />PURCHASE OF THREE NEW FLYGT PUMPS FOR THE I-94 LIFT STATION WITHIN THE <br />AUTHORIZED $170,000 PROJECT BUDGET. Motion passed 5 – 0. <br /> <br />ITEM 5: Pavement Management Plan <br /> <br />Jack Griffin, Municipal Senior Project Manager, presented updates to the city’s pavement <br />management plan prepared by GoodPointe Technology. Current pavement conditions, street <br />ratings, maintenance and rehabilitation were discussed. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holtz, seconded by Councilmember Dragisich, moved TO APPROVE THE <br />PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PLAN UPDATE, DATED JULY 2025. Motion passed 5 – 0. <br /> <br /> <br />COUNCIL REPORTS <br />Mayor Cadenhead: Reported on the LMC conference and thanked the Fire Department for <br />hosting Mr. Melander with a visit from the scouts. <br />Councilmember Holtz: Encouraged residents to consider volunteering to help with the 4th of July <br />parade. <br /> <br />STAFF REPORTS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />City Administrator Miller: Reported on the LMC conference. <br />Public Works Director Powers: Reported on the status of Well 2. <br />Fire Chief Kalis: Reported on paid on call firefighter recruitment. <br /> <br /> <br />
