Adjourn <br />Important Notice - Utility Rate Change <br />You will see an increase in your utility rates reflected on your <br />2025 Quarter 1 statement. <br />In a concentrated effort to secure funding for the operations and <br />maintenance of Lake Elmo's water treatment facilities and to <br />place the utility funds on a more stable long-term footing- the City <br />Council accepted the finance department’s recommendation for a <br />rate increase in the water and sewer funds, effective with the <br />Quarter 1 bills this April.
