CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO.2025-042 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH WASHINGTON <br />COUNTY FOR THE COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY (CSAH) 13 IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, Washington County intends to construct improvements at County State Aid Highway <br />(CSAH) 13 (Inwood Avenue N.), from CSAH 10 (100' Street N.) to CSAH 6 (Stillwater Boulevard) in the <br />City of Lake Elmo, herein referred to as the "Prof ect ; and <br />WHEREAS, the County and City agree to share in certain local costs included in the Project as <br />detailed in the attached Cooperative Cost Share Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, upon completion of this project, the County and City agree to their respective <br />ownership and maintenance responsibilities as identified in the attached Cooperative Construction <br />Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, a cooperative effort between the County and City is the appropriate method to facilitate <br />the construction of these improvements and project cost sharing of the items constructed by the Project; and <br />WHEREAS, this Agreement is made pursuant to statutory authority contained in Minnesota Statute <br />162.17 sub.1 and Minnesota Statute 471.59. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, <br />1.
