2. That the request is to amend the Map 3-3, Future Land Use Map to change the future land <br />use category of the parcel with the PIDs 3302921130028, 3302921420017, and <br />3302921420018, to High Density Residential (HDR); and <br />3. That the proposed amendment is consistent with the overall goals and objectives of the <br />Lake Elmo Comprehensive Plan. <br />4. That the proposed amendment is consistent with the preliminary plat and PUD for the <br />Inwood Development granted by the Lake Elmo City Council on December 2, 2014. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council does hereby approve the <br />Comprehensive Plan amendment requested by M/I Homes of Minneapolis/St. Paul, LLC, subject <br />to the following condition: <br />1.
