Cay Lynch is a local artist who relates to the flowers and nature in a soft contemporary way. She paints
acrylic in layers on stretched canvas. Below are some of her existing pieces in the gallery right now. Her goal is to keep the
art representational, while using a push pull concept trying to make it more abstract. Entertaining our request for an artistic map,
she sketched this abstract last night as a quick example of neurographics. Humans being attracted to soft curves, no sharp edges and
nature does that perfectly. She could use this concept as a painting of the topography, lakes, forests and prairies all represented. She
is willing to do a small study as she is intrigued with our request. Maybe we will have more images after the long weekend. We can
also explore her other styles below if you prefer. We could commission a map for outside the service counter and still use an existing
piece for the conference room. I think either location would require a piece approximately 40 x 40 to carry the space.
CAY LYNCH
