CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025-018 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT <br />APPLICATION FOR THE OAKDLE ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION TO CONDUCT <br />LAWFUL GAMBLING AT TWIN POINT TAVERN LOCATED AT <br />11199 STILLWATER BOULEVARD NORTH, LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Oakdale Athletic Association is submitting an application to the <br />Minnesota Gambling Control Board for approval of a Premises Permit application to conduct <br />lawful charitable gambling at Twin Point Tavern, 11199 Stillwater Boulevard N, Lake Elmo, MN; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the gambling premises is located within the City limits of Lake Elmo, <br />Minnesota; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Oakdale Athletic Association is a lawful gambling organization with <br />board members within the City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Oakdale Athletic Association will be responsible for operating and <br />managing the lawful gambling activity at the site and will comply with all applicable requirements <br />of city code and state statutes. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, <br />Minnesota that the City Council does hereby approve the issuance of a Premises Permit to the <br />Oakdale Athletic Association to conduct lawful charitable gambling activities at Twin Point <br />Tavern, 11199 Stillwater Boulevard North, Lake Elmo, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota this 4th day of March, 2025. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Charles Cadenhead, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Julie Johnson, City Clerk <br />
