Construction Category 11: The amount of $____________________may be <br />released when all Builder Landscaping Subdivision Improvements have been <br />installed to the satisfaction of the City including all corrective work for any <br />identified punch list items. <br />5. Construction Categories 12, 13 and 14: The amount of $________________ <br />may be released when Developer Landscaping Subdivision Improvements, <br />Tree Preservation and Restoration work, and Wetland Mitigation and Buffers <br />have been completed and installed to the satisfaction of the City including all <br />corrective work for any identified punch list items. <br />6. Construction Category 19: The amount of $__________, or 50 percent of the <br />original security amount for this category, may be released when all stormwater <br />reuse pump and mainline Improvements have been installed to the satisfaction <br />of the City including all corrective work for any identified punch list items, and <br />the stormwater reuse system is operational for 25 percent of the intended <br />service properties. The amount of $__________, or 25 percent of the original <br />security amount for this category, may be released when the stormwater reuse <br />system is operational for 85 percent of the intended service properties. <br />C. Twenty-five percent of the original Security amount for the sanitary sewer and <br />watermain utilities shall be retained until: (1) all sanitary sewer and watermain <br />utilities have been fully completed and accepted by the City, including all corrective <br />work and warranty punch list items; (2) all financial obligations to the City have <br />been satisfied; and (3) the warranty period has expired. <br />D. Twenty-five percent of the original Security amount for Construction Categories 4- <br />10 and 15-18 shall be retained until: (1) all Subdivision Improvements have been <br />fully completed and accepted by the City, including all corrective work and warranty <br />punch list items; (2) all financial obligations to the City have been satisfied; and (3)
