***Please contact us if you need any further clarifications or breakdowns*** <br />Addendum: none <br />Proposal does NOT include: <br />·Excessive mobilizations [2 included], <br />·Additional labor costs for schedule delays by others [assumes a 2025 install], <br />·Finish grading/tolerance greater than +/- 1/10' for all work areas, <br />·Temporary fencing or protection of existing or new landscape, <br />·Draintile or drainage utilities, <br />·Surveyor's layout, grades, or temporary benchmarks, <br />·Rock excavation, soil corrections, or import of suitable backfill sand/soils, <br />·Irrigation or Sleeving, <br />·Restoration for any disturbed areas not hatched on Planting Plans, <br />·SWPPP requirements install, monitoring, maintenance, removal and disposal, <br />·Landscape inspection, maintenance or watering past specified period, <br />·Warranty or replacement of our finished work from damages by others or forces out of our control, <br />·Night or weekend work, <br />·Prevailing Wages, payroll or utilization reports, <br />·Winter conditions or installation of materials outside of specified temperature ranges, <br />·All permits, fees, or special licenses associated with the construction of this work, <br />·Performance & payment bond (if required add 1.6% to total proposal), <br />·Any work not related to the items quoted. <br />ALL PRICING IS VALID FOR 60 DAYS AFTER DATE OF QUOTE <br />This proposal will become part of the subcontract agreement.
