Title Commitment Exceptions. Based on the information in the Commitment, the Property <br />is subject to the following exceptions: <br /> <br />a. Rights of Northern States Power Company for electric transmission system purposes as <br />contained in Final Decree filed November 1, 1971 as Document Number 293736. The <br />easement is depicted on the Preliminary Plat and appears to run along the East perimeter <br />of Parcel D and traverse wetlands depicted on the Preliminary Plat. The private easement <br />is not required to be depicted on the Final Plat. When a Final Plat is provided, the City <br />should review and determine if the easement interferes with any public utilities dedicated <br />on the Final Plat. I require review of the Final Plat. <br />
