TREATMENT STRATEGIES <br />1)Crack Sealing (non-structural). Hot rubberized sealant placed in cracks after routing and <br />cleaning. <br />2)Seal Coating (non-structural). Always completed with crack sealing. An emulsified <br />asphalt spread over the pavement followed by uniform cover of crushed trap rock. <br />3)Mill and Overlay (structural): Removal of a portion of the bituminous layer followed by <br />paving 1-1/2 to 2-inch new bituminous. <br />4)Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) – with and without new concrete curb and gutter. <br />5)Reconstruction.
